Ron Schultz
Ron has 30 years of experience in general management, operations, technology, marketing, and business development. He has held the top-most leadership positions at both publicly held companies and medium-sized private business, including President & COO for an S&P 500 company, Managing Director of various business units, VP of Business Development/Marketing for two different $1B companies, and VP of Supply Chain.
An expert in strategy and growth, Ron provides clients with valuable insights and actionable ideas on how to reach their full potential, beat the competition and achieve the position of industry leader. He also helps executive teams achieve maximum profitability and efficiency with his expertise in operations, technology and process improvement.
Ron holds two degrees from the University of Michigan in both Business and Engineering.
Melissa Angel
Melissa’s career spans over 25 year of business consulting. Over the past fifteen years, she has focused on business strategy, implementation, and leadership development. Her broad business background allows her to understand overall strategy while focusing on tactical implementation to grow businesses.
Melissa’s industry experience includes manufacturing, professional services, and healthcare. She has supplemented her consulting experience by earning an ACC credential in coaching from the International Coaching Federation.
Melissa has great passion for helping individuals and organizations develop their potential and is naturally drawn to coaching clients. She has taught leadership and strategy courses at several institutions including Western Michigan University and Lawrence Tech University.
Melissa earned a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Western Michigan University, and an MBA in Finance from Wayne State University.
Alec Cheung
Alec has over 20 years of experience in B2B marketing, product management and business consulting as a fractional CMO. His marketing expertise covers all areas needed to drive growth and market awareness. This includes marketing strategy, product marketing, positioning, buyer personas, content marketing, digital marketing, SEO, sales enablement, thought leadership, events, and analyst/media relations.
Alec’s industry experience is diverse, covering financial services, fintech, SaaS, professional services, outsourcing and healthcare. He also co-founded his own fintech startup in the compliance and investment management space.
Alec began his career as a CPA at KPMG and a business consultant at Deloitte. He has a master’s degree in business administration from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
Tim Doyle
Tim has served in many executive leadership roles over his tenure in the Banking industry in both Chicago and West Michigan. He is an proven leader of large and diverse commercial and treasury management teams serving many sectors including healthcare, commercial real estate, manufacturing, distribution and government entities. In each role Tim has been a part of the executive leadership team in the various markets. He has been an effective strategic leader in meeting the needs of clients. Tim prides himself in cascading his many successes with clients into exceeding new client acquisition targets. Tim worked with Spectra on a project in 2018 and has joined our team. Tim has worked with over 40 clients on growth financing and transition planning setting the stage for a restructuring or ownership change.
Matt Mace
Matt founded BlueGranite and grew the company into one of the largest data analytics companies in the US. As a part of this growth, Matt has managed growing pains to achieve his success. BlueGranite received national recognition from Microsoft, the largest BlueGranite partner. Beyond his leadership and business financial results, Matt prides himself in his approach to metrics management for BlueGranite, where he developed a sophisticated dashboard for the business that would rival companies 20 times the size. Matt understands all things involved in growing from 2 employees to over 150. Matt worked with Spectra on a project a few years ago and has joined us as an advisor.
